Sorting & Packaging Requirements

ERC processes loads received between seven and ten business days from the time of transfer. Electronic Devices that are separated by type saves energy by minimizing double handling and reduces equipment usage by 20 percent.

Organizing the Material

Item Description Container Type Instructions
27" < CRT Monitors e-Rack and or Pallet Similar sizes stack face-in. Rotate top-to-bottom. You can break plastic stablizer to maximize efficiencies.
27" > CRT Monitors Palletize Similar sizes stack face-in. Rotate top-to-bottom. You can break plastic stablizer to maximize efficiencies.
27" < CRT TV's e-Rack and or Pallet Similar sizes stack face-in.
27" > CRT TV's Palletize Similar sizes stack face-in.
Large Console and Oversized Monitors Palletize Face-in.
CPU's e-Rack and or Pallet Similar sizes stack face-in. Rotate stack.
Microwaves Palletize Similar sizes stack face-in. You can break plastic stablizer to maximize efficiencies.
Misc. e-wast (Small) Gaylord or e-Racks Any order. Make sure to fill empty spaces.
Misc. e-waste (Med. to Large) e-Racks Any order. Make sure to fill empty spaces.

ERC dispatches two types of vehicles to serve our customers a 20’ flatbed trailer that holds up to 10 pallets and/or our e-Racks™ and a 53’semi trailer that holds up to 22 Pallets and/or our e-Racks™
